Website privacy notice.

This notice covers the public Portugal Funds website. Registered accounts and paid services have their own notices in the application.

Who is responsible?

Nomera Capital - Investimentos e Consultoria Lda., VAT/NIPC PT514408391, R. Hermano Neves 18 Piso 3 E7, 1600-477 Lisboa, Portugal. Privacy enquiries: Privacy request form.

Website enquiries

When you submit a form, your name, email, optional telephone and organisation, message and request-specific details are saved in our operational contact database. Authorised application administrators use this record and internal notes to review and follow up on your request. Submission does not create a subscription or an application account.

We use correspondence to respond to your enquiry, take steps you request before a service agreement and manage the business relationship. A subscription enquiry is not consent to unrelated marketing. Please do not send passwords, payment information, identity documents or private client records through this form.

Investor report email requests

When you request the investor report, Nomera Capital sends your name, email, investment interests, Golden Visa stage, decision-support needs, optional timeframe and question, and your follow-up choice to its HubSpot account. The submission identifies the source website. We use these details to provide the report and respond if you request support. The report form requires separate, explicit consent to processing and to receiving marketing emails from Nomera Capital. The marketing checkbox starts unchecked. You can unsubscribe using the link in each marketing email. Other enquiry forms keep their own consent choices. The report is provided through an email to the address you submit; there is no immediate PDF download on the website. The integration does not send your analytics identifier or IP address to HubSpot.

Technical information and cookies

We use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate public website statistics without analytics cookies. Google Analytics and HubSpot visitor analytics load only after you accept optional analytics in the cookie banner. The three Nomera Capital, Golden Visa Funds and Portugal Funds websites use the same HubSpot account; consented visits may be linked when you follow links between them. Cookie choices remain separate on each website. It measures visits and sessions using cookies; Google advertising features remain disabled. Separate optional advertising consent allows HubSpot to load the Golden Visa Funds Meta pixel for campaign measurement and relevant ads on Meta. Meta may use hashed contact details for account matching where available. This cookie choice is separate from marketing email subscription and can be withdrawn in Cookie preferences. Our integration excludes URL query strings and fragments, form contents and contact or payment details. Google and Vercel process measurement data as described in their privacy notices. Technical requests may also be recorded by the hosting service to operate and protect the website. Submission limits use a short-lived pseudonymous abuse-control key; lead records do not store your raw IP address. Measurement is limited to the public Portugal Funds domain; local previews do not send analytics. Hosting arrangements must be confirmed before public launch.

Directory filters, chart selections and unsubmitted form drafts remain in the current page. The pf_cookie_consent cookie stores your cookie preference for 180 days. Optional Google Analytics cookies are set only with your consent. You can withdraw consent using Cookie preferences in the footer. Read the cookie information.

Analytics choices and providers

Optional Google Analytics is based on your consent. Vercel’s cookie-free aggregate measurement helps us understand and improve our public website. Provider processing may involve international transfers under their applicable safeguards. See Google’s privacy notice and Vercel Web Analytics privacy information. These tools are not used to make investment decisions about you.

Access and retention

Business correspondence is accessible to authorised personnel and service providers as needed to respond and administer the relationship. It is retained for the period needed for that purpose and any applicable legal obligations or unresolved claims. Contact us for the criteria applicable to a particular request.

Your choices

You may ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to applicable processing, subject to the conditions of data-protection law. Send requests to Privacy request form. You may also contact the competent data-protection authority.

Application and payment services

Signing in or continuing to a payment service leaves this public website. Review the privacy notices and terms of the application and payment provider before sharing account or billing information. Public directory information is separate from private account and payment records.
